No Smoking Policy

Our Company shall:

• Create a tobacco/smoke free environment at all our work places.
• Encourage its employees who smoke to quit smoking through safety meetings, video presentations and discussions.
• Offer support to its employees who want to quit smoking. Under no circumstances shall our Company force any individual to stop smoking.
• Adopt a smoke free environment within our organization and those areas under direct control, these areas will be clearly identified with "No Smoking" signs.
• Ensure a smoke free environment in areas such as dining facilities, sitting areas, indoor areas including all recreation rooms, gymnasiums, corridors, workshops, stores, kitchens, rooms, offices and Company vehicles. These areas mentioned as smoke free environments are indicative and not exhaustive of all the areas covered by the No Smoking Policy.
• Equally implement the No Smoking Policy codes of practice, rules and regulations of its clients.
