We have a special adviser that is guiding the company in the area of Omani employees; the adviser will ensure the development of the LCD (Local Content Development Policy) of S.J.Abed & Al Sulaimi Catering Group LLC. is proudly adhered to. We show complete and strong commitment to the encouragement and development of our Omani staff and to ensure that there is no limit for them to attain higher goals and responsibilities within the company.

S.J.Abed & Al Sulaimi Catering Group LLC. has a policy of training and staff development, it is a continuous process and hence, in line with our policy to have a competitive advantage with a competent and proactive team. All supervisory and managerial human capital is exposed to coaching and development that enhance human, technical and conceptual skills to improve operational efficiency and effective decision making.
We have a program to reach out to catering schools, hotels and companies in Oman and overseas to recruit and retain the best personnel in the catering industry.
