FOOD SAFETY POLICY



 
  • Accredited to Ofqual UK (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) for Food Safety guidelines.

  • Training all employees including Management concerned in relevant Food Safety Techniques necessary to perform their tasks in a safe and hygienic manner.

  • Follow systems that ensure the safety of food supply inclusive of : cold chain management, good housekeeping practices, temperature control, HACCP, Personal Hygiene, production and serving practices and to embrace continuous improvement.

  • Inspect and audit all food safety processes to ensure high standards in food safety and hygiene are maintained as per FSMS (Food Safety Management System).

  • We provide products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers; ensuring high standard of food safety is maintained at all times.

  • In order to achieve this policy we operate a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, in accordance with Codex Alimentarius Standards.

  • It is the responsibility of each and every member of our team, staff, supervisors, management and Directors to be aware of our policy and to be committed to providing safe food to all customers.

  • In order to ensure the on-going implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the system, the Director shall ensure that the system is reviewed at least once every year.

  • As a food provider in the contract services industry, our aim is to satisfy customers srequirements and exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, value, services and above all safety.
